What is Yukti Wellness?
Yukti is a Sanskrit word, coming from the same root word as yoga Yukti means to yolk, or union.
In this case it is the sense of uniting all of the essential elements at the right place and time to reach Samadhi or oneness, in this case oneness with self, Uniting the Self.

Tip:
You can make any moment more mindful by consciously connecting with your breath:
Begin by finding a comfortable position preferably seated. now, closing the eyes or taking a soft gaze, breathing through the nose if you can, simply observe your natural breath...without changing it at all, just notice it.
Follow the breath as it breathes you...follow it through your inner world and back out again. Allow your breath to breath you.
Now begin to consciously deepen your breath so it fills your abdomen, expands your rib cage, fills your whole chest all the way to the clavicle bones...
and for a brief moment pause at the top before you begin the exhale.
Notice the pause as inhalation transforms into exhalation, and follow that exhalation from the top down, emptying chest, rib cage, then belly; Give the belly a slight squeeze as you empty the last bit of air from the lungs, and hold just briefly at the pause. Noticing as the exhalation turns into the inhalation. Continue this way of breathing for 5 rounds. Release control of the breath and notice again your natural breath, notice as your natural breath breathes you. notice the natural pause as inhalation turns to exhalation and exhalations turns to inhalation.
Slowly allow your eyes to open now noticing the way your body feels, how your breath feels, aware of any thoughts or emotions that may have surfaced, become aware of the part of you that was observing this breath and know this as your witness. Mary O'Malley says "the breath is a sanctuary that is available to us no matter where we are or what is happening in our lives." Let the breath become your sanctuary of bliss.
